At Famwalls, we want you to love your home decor. If your new wall art isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  To prevent damage during transit, please place the items back in their original protective packaging, ensuring all corners and frames are secure.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
